- of a team which propelled the telecom industry to create and implement in record time an independent, industry-funded ombudsman-like agency for the telecommunications sector known as the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS).
- of a team which designed in record time the Canadian Coalition for Tomorrow's ICT Skills, an industry group established to promote IT skills in Canada.
- of a multi-disciplinary team which developed in record time an advanced emergency calling (9-1-1) solution for Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony services. Obtained CRTC acceptance of its feasibility.
- recipient of a wide variety of performance awards and recognition while at Bell Canada, including that company's prestigious Ovation Award (2008).

- Developed submissions in proceedings before the CRTC regarding the de-regulation of a wide range of telecommunications services, including Internet access and VoIP telephony services.
- Drafted submissions before the CRTC regarding the implementation of wireline and wireless Number Portability in Canada.
- Successfully fought regulatory pricing constraints for wholesale Internet services.
- Designed innovative and successful regulatory strategy for the launch by client of Voice Over IP telephony services.
- Developed successful regulatory and business strategy in proceedings before the CRTC in relation to terms and conditions for access by telecommunications service providers to high-rise buildings.
- Designed regulatory strategy and prepared successful submissions regarding terms of access to telecommunications support structures. Drafted contracts which are used by the industry.
- Developed successful regulatory strategy regarding terms and conditions for access by telecommunications service providers to public rights of way.
- Prepared local interconnection agreements following CRTC's landmark 1992 interexchange completion and 1997 local competition decision.

- A wide variety of clients in numerous inter-carrier regulatory disputes: in bi-lateral and multi-lateral negotiations as well as before the CRTC.

- Numerous submissions in relation to proceedings before the CRTC including those regarding the de-regulation of retail Internet services.
